Construction Works
Civil works were the first field that brought us today. We practiced design&built on house renovation, hospital, flat roof maintanence, roof parking and etc. We believe in becoming true partners with our clients and sharing a sense of ownership in helping completing the projects.
With the abilities of our expertises from related field in understanding clients’ goals and objectives, we are positive to continously become construction contractor as our main service.
Civil Works
To assure the clients satiscation in using the facilities in the daily life, we perform minor repairs to damaged surface of highways, road ways and footpaths. We re-paint the signs and guideposts and undertake general roadside maintenance such as grass cutting.
With the SPAN recognation, our civil works also include water resource development facilities; water supply projects, water plants, wastewater plants, water distribution,
wastewater conveyance facilities and sewarges. Other than that, we also provide service in pipe jacking project
Mechanical Works
M.E.P ; Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Works are significant to the construction works. The 10 years experienced of the founder of ZR Bina Jaya Sdn Bhd are capable enough to fulfill the clients’ need and satisfaction.
ZR Bina Jaya Sdn Bhd have experienced in the design and installation of major mechanical equipment that includes air conditioning system, cooling tower, chiller, AHU units and fire protection system
Electrical Works
Electrical works had also been our business since the day one of our establishment. Our dedicated expertise have well experienced in designing&installation of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) of electricals equipment. It includes the installation of power generation, transformer, power distribution, and interior electrical facilities
Interior Works
We also provide some interior works according to the clients’ needs. Our expertises combines the creativity, technical knowledge, and business skills working with clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions that are safe, functional, attractive, and meet the needs of the people using the space.
Project Consulting
ZR Binajaya Sdn Bhd’s mission is to be the project consultant that specialized in Public Private Partnership. Our professionals and detail studies help the clients to strategize and plan their projects. It includes the financial module, engineering design works and construction plans.
